Shipping & Returns
We do not offer returns for eliquids. We do exchange and replace hardware if they meet the 2 week maximum for defective products. After the 2 weeks, the warranty should be handled by the customer with the manufacturer.
If the hardware meets the requirements for replacement, we require the customer to ship the unit back to our main location. The cost of shipping may be reimbursed at our discretion. We will cover the shipping of the item back to the customer.
If you need to return a defective item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We ship to all locations that allow the sale of electronic cigarettes and e-liquid. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We ship Mon-Sat (except holidays) the same day as the order is placed. Most orders will be scanned the same day, depending on when the order was placed.
